Crispy Barramundi with Citrus Basil Drizzle Recipe


Imagine perfectly pan-seared barramundi fillets – golden brown and oh-so-crisp. We then elevate them with a light and zingy lemon basil sauce, bursting with fresh flavour. It's a refreshing take on seafood that'll leave you wanting more.


  • 4 barramundi fillets, about 200g each
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
