  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 capsicum, sliced
  • Spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish
