This dish offers a perfect harmony of fresh, oceanic flavours and vibrant garden zest, ideal for a refreshing and gourmet meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 4 Hiramasa kingfish fillets (about 200g each)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

    Blend parsley, basil, capers, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
