Grilled Kingfish with Herbaceous Green Sauce and Charred Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 4 Hiramasa kingfish fillets (about 200g each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

1 Prepare Green Sauce
Blend parsley, basil, capers, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.

2 Season and Grill Zucchini
Slice zucchini, season with salt, and grill until tender.

3 Cook the Kingfish
Season kingfish fillets with salt and pepper, then sear on a hot grill until golden and just cooked through.
