Ingredients:

  • 4 Moreton bay bugs
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
