Ingredients:
- 8 fresh sardines, cleaned and gutted
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
