Herbed John Dory in White Wine Broth Recipe

  • 4 John Dory fillets (each 150 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup fish stock
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Lemon wedges for garnish


  1. Prepare the Broth
