  • 4 pink ling fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Extra parsley for garnish
