  • 200 g cod sashimi
  • 100 g chicory leaves
  • 150 g rustic tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and fresh herbs for garnish
