Ingredients:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • Salt, for pasta water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 red chillies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g marinara mix (assorted seafood)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook Spaghetti:

      • Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan filled with salted boiling water until tender, following the instructions on the packet. Drain well and set aside.

2. Cook Marinara Mix:

      • Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped chilli and garlic and stir for 1 minute.
      • Add the marinara mix and stir for about 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.

3. Combine Pasta and Seafood:

      • Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the seafood. Stir through well to combine all the ingredients.

4. Season and Serve:

      • Season the pasta with chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
      • Serve the spicy chilli seafood pasta immediately.
