  • 600g fresh tuna fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Mini burger buns
  • Cheese slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Yogurt-dill sauce (made with yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic)
