This recipe features perfectly cooked and flaked tuna paired with tangy olives and peppery rocket on a crispy base. Each mouthful bursts with fresh flavours that evoke the sunny Mediterranean.   • Pizza dough (enough for 2 medium pizzas)
  • 1 large fresh tuna fillet
  • 100g black olives, sliced
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups rocket leaves
  • 100g tomato sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
