                  Zesty Korean-Style Marinated Oysters Recipe
This Korean-inspired oyster dish is a refreshing and tangy appetiser or side, featuring fresh oysters mixed with a bold dressing of garlic, chilli, soy sauce, and sesame oil. It brings the essence of the ocean together with vibrant Korean flavours.
Ingredients:
- 12 fresh oysters, cleaned
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - 2 spring onions, finely chopped
 - Sesame seeds, for garnish

                          1 Prepare the marinadeIn a bowl, mix garlic, gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes), spring onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a pinch of sugar. Stir well to combine.

                          2 Marinate the oystersGently mix the cleaned fresh oysters into the marinade. Let the flavours meld for 10-15 minutes in the fridge to absorb the seasoning.
