Basa and Prawn Harmony Soup Recipe


Tuck into the comforting simplicity of our Simplified Seafood Soup. Packed with tender prawns and flaky basa, it simmers in a vibrant broth bursting with fresh Aussie veggies. This dish brings together the delicate flavours


  • 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 200g basa fillets, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 2 litres chicken stock
  • Old Bay seasoning, to taste
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


  1. Sauté Vegetables

    Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté celery, onions, and carrots until they begin to soften.
