Treat yourself to a taste sensation with our Chilli Ginger Oysters. We've infused plump oysters with the zing of fresh ginger and a hit of chilli, all beautifully balanced by a tangy rice wine vinegar dressing. Perfect for a fancy starter or a decadent indulgence.
Ingredients:
12 fresh oysters
½ thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
A few sprigs of fresh coriander
6 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
1 Prepare Oysters
Shuck the oysters and arrange them on a bed of crushed ice.
2 Mix Dressing
Combine finely grated ginger, chopped red chilli, and a bit of coriander in a bowl.
3 Combine and Serve
Stir rice wine vinegar and sugar into the ginger mix until well combined. Spoon the dressing over the oysters and serve immediately.
