Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Water, for brushing

  • 1.5 liters chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 piece ginger, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • Ground white pepper, a pinch
  • 200g egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 200g bok choy, washed, and cut into pieces

Instructions:

Place the wonton aside and repeat with the remaining wonton skins.
