                  Creamy Coconut Tiger Prawns Recipe
A rich and flavourful Filipino dish featuring fresh tiger prawns simmered in creamy coconut milk with a hint of spice. This simplified version brings out the natural sweetness of the prawns and pairs perfectly with steamed rice.
Ingredients:
- 500g tiger prawns, deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, sliced
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1-2 red chillies, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions:
- 
                           1 Sauté Aromatics & Cook Prawns 1 Sauté Aromatics & Cook PrawnsHeat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant. Add the tiger prawns and cook until they turn pink.

                           2 Simmer in Coconut Milk 2 Simmer in Coconut MilkPour in coconut milk, add fish sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chopped chilli for spice.
