Ingredients:
- 3 kg mussels, scrubbed and beards removed
- 100 mL olive oil
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 300 mL white wine

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat for one minute.
