- 400g cooked prawns, peeled
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 100g shredded lettuce
- 100ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of half a lemon
- Paprika, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
