Fiery Prawn Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, minced
- 2 fresh chillies, sliced
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 400ml coconut milk
- 500ml vegetable or fish broth
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
- Additional chilli slices, for garnish
Instructions:
