  • 4 whiting fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives), chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Extra lemon wedges for serving
