Grilled Baby Octopus with Mango Salsa and Chilli-Lime Dressing Recipe
Calling all octopus aficionados! This Grilled Baby Octopus is a flavour explosion waiting to happen. Tender, perfectly charred tentacles are served alongside a refreshing mango salsa and a zesty chilli-lime dressing. Ingredients:
- 500 g baby octopus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Octopus
Clean and tenderise the baby octopus. Marinate with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated octopus for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and tender.

In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, coriander, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
