- 12 fresh oysters
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Chopped spring onions for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
