Savoury Spanish-Style Prawns Recipe
A symphony of Spanish flavours awaits! These succulent prawns simmer in a rich tomato sauce, infused with the warmth of garlic, the smokiness of paprika, and a touch of heat. A true taste of Spain, perfect for dipping crusty bread.
Ingredients:
- 500 g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Prawns
Season 500 g of prawns with salt and pepper.

2 Cook the Garlic
In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil and sauté 4 minced garlic cloves until fragrant.

3 Add Prawns
Place the prawns in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and tender.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of paprika and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley over the prawns. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
