                  Seared Octopus with Lemon-Garlic Drizzle Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 octopus tentacles (each about 100g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
