  • 1kg cuttlefish, cleaned and prepared
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 red chillies, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving
