Sizzling Chilli Garlic Cuttlefish Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1kg cuttlefish, cleaned and prepared
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

1 Marinate Cuttlefish
In a bowl, mix crushed garlic, chopped chillies, lemon zest, and olive oil. Marinate the cuttlefish for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to a high heat. Ensure the grate is clean and brushed with oil.
