Delight in the rich, smoky flavour of Smoky Paprika Air Fryer Tuna Steaks. These steaks are marinated with a blend of smoky paprika, cumin, and a hint of cayenne for a touch of heat, then air-fried to perfection for a succulent, flavour-packed meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 tuna steaks (150 g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoky paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:

1 Marinate the Tuna
Blend olive oil, smoky paprika, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Marinate the tuna steaks for 15 minutes to infuse them with the spices.

Mix breadcrumbs with a little more smoky paprika and dried herbs.
