These Spicy Cheddar Crab Cakes offer a bold twist on the classic crab cake with a delicious blend of creamy cheddar cheese and spicy buffalo sauce. Ingredients:

  • 500g crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Olive oil, for frying
