Ingredients:
24 oysters, shucked
100 g chorizo, finely chopped
100 g butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1 Prepare Chorizo Butter
Mix butter with finely chopped chorizo, garlic, and herbs. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2 Grill Oysters
