Sweet, Sour, and Spicy Prawn Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 red chilli, sliced (optional)
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
- Steamed rice, for serving
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil, for cooking

1 Prepare the sauce and prawns
In a bowl, whisk together the chilli sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Set aside. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.

2 Cook the prawns
Heat a pan over medium heat with some oil. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the prawns from the pan.

In the same pan, pour the sauce and simmer for a minute. Add the prawns back in, toss to coat them in the sauce, and cook for another minute. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with steamed rice.
