Thai-Marinated Salmon, Tuna, and Prawn Skewers Recipe

Ingredients:
- 200g salmon fillet
- 200g tuna fillet
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together garlic, ginger, lemongrass, lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, and a touch of chilli. Add a pinch of sugar for balance.

Cut the salmon and tuna into bite-sized chunks. Place the salmon, tuna, and prawns in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
