Tuna Nicoise Frittata Recipe
This vibrant Tuna Nicoise Frittata brings the classic French salad into a warm, comforting dish. Packed with nutritious ingredients, it's a perfect meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner that kids and adults alike will enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 185g tuna fillet, cooked and flaked
- 200g baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 eggs
- 50ml milk
- 50g black olives, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

1 Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 200°C. Boil baby potatoes for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and halve them.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, capsicum, and cherry tomatoes for 5 minutes until softened.
