Whiting Fish Cakes with Tarragon Mayo Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500g whiting fillets, cooked and flaked
- 300g mashed potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:

Flake the cooked whiting fillets and mix with mashed potatoes, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and seasonings. Form into small patties.
