  • 2 tuna steaks (200 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish
