Ingredients:
- 2 tuna steaks (200 g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the tuna steaks and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
