Ingredients:
- 2 tuna steaks (200 g each)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 lemon, juice and zest
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish
 
Instructions:
