  • 4 large capsicums
  • 400g fresh tuna fillet
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
