Coconut Lime Kingfish Sashimi

Ingredients:
- 300g kingfish sashimi, thinly sliced
- Juice of 4 limes
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish
