Ingredients:
4 trout fillets
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
1 Cook Trout
Season trout fillets with salt and pepper, pan-fry in butter until golden.
2 Make Sauce
In the same pan, reduce heat, melt additional butter, and stir in flour. Gradually whisk in broth and cream, then add mustard and chopped dill. Simmer until thickened.
