Ingredients:
4 barramundi fillets, about 200g each
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Barramundi
Season barramundi fillets with salt and pepper, then pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden and crisp, about 4 minutes per side.
2 Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine fresh lemon juice, chopped basil leaves, and a touch of garlic. Simmer gently until aromatic.
3 Combine and Serve
Drizzle the lemon basil sauce over the cooked barramundi. Garnish with additional basil leaves and serve immediately with a side of steamed vegetables.
