 
                
                  Crispy Crumbed Calamari Recipe
With a golden, crunchy coating and tender, juicy squid inside, this dish is sure to be a hit with family and friends. Serve it as an appetiser, a snack, or even a main course with a side of fresh salad.
Ingredients:
- 500g calamari rings
- 1 cup plain flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Dipping sauce of choice (aioli or marinara)
Instructions:

In separate bowls, place seasoned flour, whisked eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge the calamari in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.

                           2 Fry the Calamari 2 Fry the CalamariHeat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to 180°C. Fry the calamari in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

                           3 Serve 3 ServeArrange the crispy calamari on a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley. Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce, such as aioli or marinara.
