  • 4 barramundi fillets (each 200 g)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • Lemon juice


  1. Season the Fish

    Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of 4 barramundi fillets.
