  • 4 kingfish fillets (150 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 200 g noodles, cooked
  • 100 g snow peas, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh herbs or lime wedges for garnish
