Ingredients:
4 barramundi fillets
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions:
1 Season the Barramundi
Pat the barramundi fillets dry and season generously with lemon, pepper and a pinch of salt.
2 Pan Sear
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the barramundi skin-side down and cook until the skin is golden and crisp, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
