  • 4 Kingfish fillets (each 150g)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup Fresh herbs (coriander and mint), chopped
  • 2 Chili peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 Orange, segmented and juiced
  • 1 Lemon, segmented and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
