Ingredients:
- 4 Kingfish fillets (each 150g)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cups Mixed greens
- 1/2 cup Fresh herbs (coriander and mint), chopped
- 2 Chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 Orange, segmented and juiced
- 1 Lemon, segmented and juiced
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced

Combine mixed greens, chopped herbs, sliced chilli peppers, and citrus segments in a bowl. Dress with a mix of soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
