Seared Ocean Trout with Herb Crust Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 Ocean trout fillets (150g each)
- Fresh parsley, basil, and coriander, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 30 ml Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lime for garnish
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Trout
Season 4 ocean trout fillets (150g each) with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2 Create the Herb Crust
Combine finely chopped parsley, basil, and coriander with minced garlic and a drizzle of olive oil to form a paste.

3 Crust the Trout
Gently press the herb mixture onto the skin side of each trout fillet.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of olive oil. Place the fillets skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
