Spicy Honey-Glazed Barramundi Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 Barramundi fillets (150 g each)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chilli flakes, and lemon juice.

Place barramundi fillets in a dish, pour the marinade over, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
