This dish features tender squid stir-fried with a fiery mix of chilli paste, garlic, and fresh vegetables, delivering a classic Korean punch of umami and heat. Ingredients:

  • 500g squid, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:
