  • 3 Eastern Rock Lobsters
  • 1 Celery Stalk finely (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fesh Chives (Chopped)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  •  black pepper
  • 6 Hot Dog buns
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Instructions:

    Carefully crack the lobster shells and remove the meat from the tail and legs.
