Zesty Prawn Cocktail with Fresh Herb Dressing Recipe
A modern twist on the classic prawn cocktail, this recipe layers crisp vegetables with succulent prawns and a zesty herb dressing. Perfect as a starter for gatherings or a light entrée, this dish combines creamy and tangy flavours with a hint of spice.
Ingredients:
- 300g cooked prawns, peeled
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of hot sauce (to taste)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sprinkle of paprika (optional)
