Ingredients:
- 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/2 cup egg floss
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
