- 300g ocean trout sashimi, thinly sliced
- Juice of 3 limes
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
